the monthly rent reaching Rs 39 lakh and projected to increase to Rs 49 lakh. The Postal department decided to utilize existing space in their offices, shifting parcels to Peenya, registered and Speed Post articles to the GPO basement, and unregistered letters to the Mysore Road office. They have adjusted their scheduling to accommodate transportation by vehicles. While the RMS is moving out, a smaller Transit Mail Office will remain at the station for mail bag dispatch, aiming for greater cost-effectiveness. The sorting process can now be done at any of their city locations.

Unhone apna schedule bhi adjust kiya hai taaki vehicles se transportation ho sake. RMS jaise hi shift ho raha hai, station par ek chhota Transit Mail Office rahega jahan mail bags dispatch honge, yeh cost-effective hone wala hai. Ab sorting process city ke kisi bhi location pe ho sakta hai.
