A technical committee, previously appointed by the court, had rejected the felling of 493 trees, but approved the removal of 788 trees, including 699 to be felled and the rest to be relocated.

Court ne BBMP ko petition ka jawab dene ke liye time diya hai aur July 12 tak koi bhi tree cutting nahi hone diya jaayega. Court dwara pehle se hi banayi gayi technical committee ne 493 trees ko kaatne se mana kar diya tha, lekin 788 trees ko hataane ki permission de di thi, jismein 699 trees ko kaatna hai aur baki ko relocate karna hai.
