Bengaluru's first driverless metro, operating on the Yellow line, is undergoing testing for its signalling system integration. undergone 37 tests, with further tests focusing on system integration with signalling, telecommunications, and power supply. Mandatory safety tests, including oscillation trials and inspection by the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS), are scheduled. Once these tests are completed, recommendations will be provided to the railway board for approval before commencing revenue service. The Yellow line, spanning 18.82 km, connects RV Road to Bommasandra, passing through key locations such as Jayadeva Hospital, Silk Board Junction, and Electronics City. It consists of 16 stations and has connections with the Green Line Metro at R.V Road Station and the Pink Line at Jayadev Hospital Station. The line includes a 3.13 km metrocum-road flyover from Ragi Gudda to Central Silk Board, aimed at reducing traffic congestion at Central Silk Board junction. The Yellow line is designed to enhance connectivity to areas with major IT companies and south Bengaluru. BMRCL plans to initially operate the line with a trip every 20 minutes, totaling 57 trips per day. The driverless metro was initially projected to be operational in 2021, but the deadline has been extended to December 2024.

kai tests se guzar rahe hain. Trains pe 37 tests already ho chuke hain, aur aage aane wale tests mein signalling, telecommunications, aur power supply ke saath system integration ko check kiya jaayega. Mandatory safety tests, jaise oscillation trials aur Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) ka inspection, bhi schedule hain. Jab ye tests complete ho jayenge, to railway board ko recommendation di jaayegi, jisse revenue service start karne se pehle approval milegi. Yellow line, 18.82 km lamba, RV Road se Bommasandra tak jaata hai, aur raaste mein Jayadeva Hospital, Silk Board Junction, aur Electronics City jaise important locations se guzarta hai. Isme 16 stations hain aur Green Line Metro se R.V Road Station pe aur Pink Line se Jayadev Hospital Station pe connection hai. Line mein Ragi Gudda se Central Silk Board tak 3.13 km ka metrocum-road flyover bhi hai, jiska aim Central Silk Board junction pe traffic jam kam karna hai. Yellow line ka target hai ki south Bengaluru aur major IT companies waale areas mein connectivity badhaye. BMRCL ka plan hai ki initially line pe har 20 minute mein ek trip chalaaya jaaye, jiske total 57 trips per day honge. Driverless metro pehle 2021 mein operational hone wala tha, lekin deadline badhkar December 2024 ho gayi hai.
