Instead of Tata-HWH it should have been ROU-HWH-ROU VB. As we have Steel, Ispat and JS and one tri-weekly HWH-RNC ICE for Tata, to cater both morning and afternoon from both ends. But ROU/CKP only have Ispat in afternoon towards HWH, nothing in morning towards HWH and in afternoon from HWH. Shatabdi was flop as it was also morning dep from HWH, as maintenance facility was only in SRC then, now LocoPilots from CKP ROU have been trained in Chennai to run VB. So we can see a morning dep from ROU and maintenance in ROU overnight.
