I think WCR has to reintroduce those halts anyway, just like how they did for Jodhpur-Bhopal Express. reintroduced 13 halts. Only then Vindhyachal will get proper patronage. IMO it should have been converted into Antyodaya, fully unreserved train serving multiple small distance section in that way, Public will not have burden of Fare also Railway will earn a little more due to slight high Antyodaya Fare and multiple small section will lead to a comparative higher revenue generation.
