DADN YDM-4 6717 hauling 52966 Kalakund-Mhow Heritage special backs and attaches to the rake of 52964 Omkareshwar Road-Mhow Passenger led by DADN YDM-4 6638 for its onward journey to Mhow.
MHOW (Military Headquarters of War)’s named was changed to DADN (Dr Ambekar Nagar) in 2017.

more... Railways runs 5 coaches long heritage special service from Mhow to Kalakund and back on the Patalpani-Kalakund meter gauge ghat section. Towards Kalakund the special makes 4 halts for the tourists.

On the return leg the heritage special is attached to the incoming rake of 52964 Omkareshwar Road-Mhow Passenger at Kalakund and the whole rake departs towards Mhow, the loco of the heritage special acts as a banker for the passenger towards Mhow.
The return tickets for the heritage special costs 200 Rs. The 52965 Mhow-Kalakund Heritage special departs Mhow at 11:05 and arrives Kalakund at 13:25 and in the return direction the 52966 Kalakund-Mhow Heritage special departs Kalakund 15:35 at and arrives Mhow at 16:30
Mhow railway station has a broad-gauge connectivity to Indore and 3-4 other destinations in India. By road Mhow is 25 Kilometres away from Indore.
This section comes under Ratlam Division of Western railways. The credit for starting this heritage special and beautifying the ghat section completely goes to DRM Ratlam, Mr R.N Sunkar. Under his leadership all the works were executed.
