Hi! I have booked tickets prior to the migration to the Next Generation e-Ticketing Journey Planner but after that I do not see the previous tickets booked and I have been trying for 3 days to get to the old transaction so I can cancell the tickets but could not so I can called them today and they said try after 30 minutes without even telling me anything else, Every time I click on old transaction details it gives me a forbidden error. Any help on this.
