My friend travelled in 12951 bct-ndls. He was travelling in 2AC. He felt the food was not fresh as per taste in a veg meal and he also felt inappropriate about the tipping rule demanding by the coach attendant. He tweeted to the Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu about the entire incident. Within 4days there was a railway official frm bct division at his residence returning him his entire money by cheque and also getting an apology letter from the minister and a H1 travel ticket in the same train as a upgrade since the entire service was not worth the money. So people please there is a way to reach out to the correct person. Its no point chatting sch lame conversation's here by saying the Paneer was not cooked well, the dal was too watery, wch rajdhani serves better food etc etc... Nothing personal folks.... tc
